Archetype Quest – 1 Archetypes

In this module I will explain the theoretical
background of Archetype Quest. I will tell you
more about Archetypes, but you may also choose
how you want to reign your own Kingdom, as a
King, a Queen, a Prince or a Princess. Next you
may choose some of your own archetypes and I
will tell you more about the Journey of the Hero.

B Theory of archetypes
In this part of the module you will learn more about
the essence and workings of archetypes. Next you
may choose how you want to rule your own
Kingdom, as a King/Queen, a Prince/Princess.

C Find your Archetypes
You may now take a good look at the 74 Archetype
cards and try to select the ones who attract you
most. First you divide them into three categories:
yes, no and maybe. Use the download below. Next
you try to bring that number back to 15 /max. 25.

D Theory of 4 elements
In the video I will tell you more about the metaphor
of the Coach, the four Elements (Earth, Fire, Water
and Air) and how you can use your workbook to
document your results. As an Archetype Quest
Coach you will later do the same with your own
clients.

E Journey of the Hero
In this last part of Module 1, I will explain all about
the Journey of the Hero. It is a very old concept,
underlying many stories and movies, but also a
metaphor for processes in our lives. After
discussing this, we end this module with an
exercise about the Journey of the Hero.
