As science tells us, it is possible to fundamentally change your attitude, your habits and your rituals in 21 days. So after 3 weeks you start with a new, Blooming, Mindset.
Everyday we focus on a flower and a special theme, every day brings you video’s, a meditation to meet two archetypes and an exercise. And every day you make notes in a special Blooming Mindset Journal.
In the first week it’s all about the Foundation. You need a good foundation to build on.
In the second week we work on the Creation of a different Mindset.
And in the third and last week we focus on the Manifestation of this new Mindset
And on Celebration, as this new future is worth celebrating!
