The Young Talent Game was developed to help young people (12 years and older) think about serious questions such as: Who am I? What talents do I have? What can I do with them? And what would be a good education for me?
Young Talent approaches young people in a very positive and constructive way:
The focus is on talents, not on their possible problems.
The game can only be played under the guidance of a certified Young Talent Coach, who guides the young person step by step through all phases of the game.
That is why the game can only be purchased in combination with a training to become a certified Young Talent Coach.
I have trained about 175 Young Talent Coaches to work with the game and I can only say that it has proven to be a success. In just a few hours, young people tell you everything about their dreams and wishes, but also about their fears and blockages.
The game works with all kinds of cards, starting with the talent cards from which the young people can choose. What are their talents? How do they work together?
