Young Talent
The Young Talent Game was developed to help young people (aged 12 and up) and adults think about serious questions such as: Who am I? What talents do I have? What can I do with them? And what could be a good education for me?
A personal trajectory with the Young Talent game approaches young people and adults in a very positive and constructive way: the focus is on talents, not on their problems.
In just a few hours, clients tell everything about their dreams and wishes, but also about their fears and blockages.
The game works with different types of cards, starting with the talent cards that clients choose from. What are your talents? How do they work together?
By playing Young Talent, you not only discover your talents, but you also strengthen your self-confidence and understand how you can create your own future.
A personal trajectory consists of two half days of 2.5 hours each; one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Before the trajectory, there is a preliminary interview with the parent(s) and the young person. After completion, there is a follow-up discussion with the parent(s) and the young person about the results of the trajectory. The young person decides in advance which results will be shared with the parent(s).
